  • Scallops

    Harvested by Maine dayboats from December to April, these scallops are the star of our show. One taste and you’ll be spoiled for life by their pure, sweet flavor and toothsome texture. Maine Dayboats produce less than 5% of US sea scallops, and the dramatic difference is what prompted us to start our business. They will knock your socks off!

  • Lobster

    Togue’s dad was a lobsterman, so she’s VERY picky when it comes to lobster meat. This knuckle and claw meat is the highest quality frozen product you can get. Cooked in small batches and hand picked, it’s got a consistently good texture as well as wonderful flavor. Thaw and use in any preparation, or enjoy straight from the bag.

  • Crab Meat

    Our crabmeat is mild, tender and sweet.  If you're used to strong-flavored crabmeat, ours will be a revelation. In fact the flavor is so delicate and pure, we recommend a simple preparation (like straight out of the tub).

  • Halibut

    Halibut is known as the king of groundfish for a reason. The creamy, mild deliciousness of this large flaked fish is legendary. We source from Maine’s inshore fishery in May and June, and occasionally from Maine boats fishing the Gulf of Maine throughout the year.

  • Swordfish

    Are you used to being underwhelmed by swordfish?  That’s what Togue thought until she tried THIS swordfish.   Our line-caught Gulf of Maine swordfish is juicy, tender and delicious, but still as meaty as you’d expect from this favorite fish.

  • Pollock

    Atlantic pollock is an excellent food choice thanks to its mild flavor and flaky texture, making it versatile for various dishes. Its ability to absorb seasonings enhances any recipe, making it a favorite among seafood lovers.

  • Haddock

    Haddock is a New England favorite.  It’s mild and sweet and works great in so many recipes. Atlantic haddock is a delicious white fish known for its mild flavor and firm, flaky texture. chips. Its versatility and ability to complement bold flavors make it a seafood favorite.

  • Monkfish

    Atlantic monkfish have a unique appearance but offer excellent white fish meat. This fish has a firm, dense texture, often compared to lobster. Its flavor is mild and slightly sweet.

  • Organic Applewood Smoked Dulse

    Introduce your taste buds to the intense flavor of Smoked Dulse. Made from premium, certified organic dulse (Palmaria palmata) whole leaf, Maine Coast Sea Vegetables’s dulse is wild-harvested from the pristine waters of the North Atlantic and then cold smoked with applewood for an added depth of flavor.      We are excited to offer American Unagi’s smoked eel. American Unagi has sustainably sourced eel that’s a pure pleasure to enjoy. This European-style smoked eel comes ready to eat in a frozen 4 oz pack.

  • Smoked Pollock Dip

    We offer delicious Smoked Maine Pollock Dip. Made by Dunstan Smokehouse in Scarborough using sustainably harvested Maine Pollock that are smoked in-house and mixed with cream cheese, mayonnaise, shallots, lemon, and dill. The dip comes in 4 oz packages.

  • Monkfish Stew

    Maine Coast Monkfish Stew is a rich, creamy soup featuring Gulf of Maine monkfish, lobster stock, potatoes, veggies, and cream.  We don’t offer anything unless Togue finds it delicious, so if a prepared food is on this site, you KNOW it’s something special.  It’s rich and satisfying with just a hint of spice from a tiny bit of red pepper flakes. The fact that your purchase of this stew also supports the Maine Coast Fishermen’s Association is an added bonus, because it means you’re doing even MORE good for Maine fishermen.  Comes in a pouch, just heat and serve (instructions provided on package).
